UPDATE: Rena has got to be the best in her position at this location! She knows all the machines and process and it is so easy when she is around! I truly appreciate her customer service skills and patience to assist me! I even heard her asking a customer the shipping question about certain things the post office asks when mailing packages!Note to management: she deserves a spot award for doing an EXCELLENT job and delivering the Office Depot brand with excellence! Big thanks to Shelby for showing me the self serve fax machine and explaining it all! Big thanks to Rena for answering my questions after i faxed to ensure i was complete! Both ladies had great customer service with a smile! Store had large office item selections, stocked pretty well and was very clean! Located in a shopping center, plenty parking!
